About Us

JUNE 15, 11:30PM - JUNE 16, 5:00AM
Project Graduation is a nationwide effort to provide graduating seniors with a fun, safe place to celebrate their last night together as high school students. This all-night, alcohol and drug-free party is exclusively for graduating seniors and is held at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion.  The event is held on graduation night from 11:30pm through 5:00am.
Our goal is to provide an evening of fun and safety on graduation night. Statistics show that prom and graduation nights are the times of highest risk to our young people.  For over 25 years, businesses, community leaders, and parent volunteers have all discovered how working together towards a common goal can make a difference.  There has never been a fatality of a graduating senior on graduation night in Loudoun County in large part due to Project Graduation.  Everyone who contributes to Project Graduation can take great pride in its success.  This is definitely a trend we want to continue!
This is our gift to the Graduating Seniors. This party is planned, organized and run by parents. The students receive a night of fun events, music, games, food, and prizes - lots of prizes. Parents receive the peace of mind knowing that their children are celebrating in a safe environment.

With your support, PROJECT GRADUATION will be a truly memorable celebration for our graduates!!!

Project Graduation is part of the Broad Run High School Parent-Teacher-Student Organization, a 501(3)(c) organization.

Project Graduation is funded solely on the generous support from local businesses and individuals, surrounding schools’ parent/teacher associations/organization, and the BRHS PTSO and Athletics Boosters. We also hold various fundraisers throughout the year to raise much needed funds. Below are ways you can help us make this event possible.

It takes over 60 volunteers to plan and supervise this event.  Please consider volunteering to help out on a committee and/or at the event itself.  All parents are welcome!  Click here to sign up today!

To help with the cost of Project Graduation, we are offering businesses and individuals the opportunity to become a Sponsor. We have four levels of sponsorship ranging from $100 - $1,000.
Project Graduation depends upon the generosity of the local business community and school parents to help by donating gift cards, merchandise, and even cash which will be used for the many raffle prizes our Seniors will have a chance of winning.
If you or the company you work for would like to become a sponsor or you would like to make a donation, please click here to download the Sponsorship/Donation Packet.
